The Four Seasons hotel was everything that we expected it to be and more. The employees were very friendly, helpful and always available for questions or helpful ideas for dining options. The room was very spacious and the bed was one the most comfortable that we have slept on. When we come back to St. Louis, MO we will not hesitate to stay at this location again.

The only downside was the room rate could have been a little less expensive but we understand that in today's economy that the rates were fair.

Everything is positive
Only one small negative, we were unable to open the small fridge in our room. Someone came with an entirely diff fridge. Def over the top (good) service but he was unable to open fridge either.
